How a corporate session works

1. A quick chat. Tell me how many people, where and when, and what the photos are for.

2. Your quote. I’ll put together a quote that suits your company.

3. The shoot. I’ll guide each person through it, so even the camera-shy relax. Most people are done in a few minutes.

4. Choosing and editing. Your team picks their favourites and I edit them to a consistent look so the whole team matches.

5. Delivery. Edited images sent digitally, ready to upload, within one week at most.

Team photography at your office

I come to your office and photograph your team where you work. I bring my own portable studio set-up, so each person steps out for a few minutes and gets back to their desk. No travel, no lost afternoon, and everyone gets the same consistent look. I can also take relaxed group shots and natural photos of the team at work for your website. All I need is a power socket.

Prefer the studio? Unit 9, Gorey Enterprise Centre, Gorey Business Park, Co. Wexford Y25 Y2C8. There’s plenty of free parking right outside the studio.

Corporate shoots and company events

Beyond headshots, I photograph the working life of your business: your people, your premises and your products, for your website, brochures and social media. I also cover company events, from launches and awards nights to conferences and staff days, so you have natural photos to share afterwards.

A headshot station at your trade show or conference

Give your guests something useful to take home. I set up a pop-up headshot station on your stand or at your conference, company event or networking day, and photograph people on the spot. I can photograph up to 30 people an hour, so it draws people to your stand and gives them a professional photo for LinkedIn. It works well at trade shows, staff days and industry events across Wexford and further afield.

Questions companies ask

How does pricing work?

Every company and event is different, so I give you a quote based on how many people, where and what you need. Get in touch and I'll send one over.

How quickly will we get the photos?

You'll have your edited images within one week at most.

What should people wear?

Whatever they'd wear to an important meeting. Plain, solid colours work best; avoid busy patterns and logos. Bring a spare top if you're unsure and we'll try both.

Can you come to our office?

Yes. I bring everything with me and set up in a meeting room or quiet corner. All I need is a power socket.

Can you do headshots at our event or trade show stand?

Yes. I set up a headshot station and photograph up to 30 people an hour on the spot. Get in touch with the date and venue for a quote.
