Communion and confirmation days go by in a blur: the hair appointment, the ceremony, family arriving, the party. I'm Liam, a photographer based in Gorey, and I take natural portraits of your child on their special day. I can do it in my studio, on location, or with a pop-up studio I set up in your own home.
What a session is like
With the pop-up studio, I bring professional lights to your house and set up between the hair appointment and the ceremony, so your child is photographed looking their best, before the day gets busy and the outfit gets creased. There's no extra trip and no hanging around a studio in your good clothes.
I guide every pose, so your child never has to wonder what to do. I keep it relaxed and quick, so nobody misses the start of the ceremony.
Not keen on the camera? Most kids aren't at first. A bit of chat and a few jokes usually sort that out.
Studio, home or location
Pop-up studio at your home: I set up professional lights in your house between the hair appointment and the ceremony.
My studio in Gorey: Unit 9, Gorey Enterprise Centre, Gorey Business Park. Ground floor, wheelchair accessible, free parking, a minute from Gorey Main Street.
On location: by arrangement.
The pop-up and the studio are both indoors, so the weather doesn't matter. Travel fees may apply depending on where you are.

When should I book?
As early as you can. Once a date is gone, it's gone.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A €50 deposit secures your date.
What if it rains?
It doesn't matter. The pop-up studio is set up inside your home, and my Gorey studio is indoors too.
Can I give a session as a gift?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available on the vouchers page and have no expiry date.
